10 Days Istanbul and Greek Islands

DAY 01 : Arrival
Meet in the arrivals hall of Istanbul Ataturk (or Sahiba Gökcen Airport and transfer to your hotel. You then have the rest of the day and evening, depending on your flight arrival time, free for you to relax or explore this magical city at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 02 : Ottoman Relics of Istanbul
Enjoy a full day tour discovering Ottoman heritage sights of the historical Sultanahmet area. Visit the Blue Mosque, St Sophia, Hippodrome and Obelisk, Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace (optional extra entrance to Harem not included). Evening free at leisure to dine out and stroll through atmospheric streets around the hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 03 : Cruise along the Bosphorous
Cruise along the Bosphorous with views from the boat of all the different mansions, palaces and mosques that line its shores. Then on to the sights  and aromas of the famous Spice Bazaar, see the opulent Dolmabahce Palace, cross over the Bosphorus Bridge and views from Camlica Hill, the highest point in Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 04 : Flight from Istanbul to Mykonos
Breakfast, check-out and according to the flight schedule transfer to Istanbul Airport for departure on flight (either direct or via Athens) to Mykonos. Arrive and transfer to hotel with remainder of the day/evening at leisure. Overnight in Mykonos

DAY 05 : Free day on Mykonos
A free day at leisure for you to soak up the sun at the beach and wander through the quaint cobbled streets of Mykonos Town. Another option would be to join on a half day boat excursion to the nearby archaeological island of Delos. Overnight in Mykonos

DAY 06 : Ferry from Mykonos to Santorini
Breakfast, check-out and transfer to the port for morning or afternoon ferry to Santorini. Arrival and transfer to hotel with remainder of the day/evening then free at leisure. Overnight in Santorini.

*Please note that ferry between Mykonos & Santorini does not operate in winter season – if travel during winter then would need to use flight via Athens to connect the 2 islands or possibly substitue Mykonos or Paros instead.

DAY 07 : Free day on Santorini
Breakfast at the hotel with the day free at leisure to stunning enjoy views of the island, explore various villages, visit museums and maybe a winery. Various optional excursions are available on request. Overnight in Santorini

DAY 08 : By ferry or flight from Santorini to Athens
Breakfast at the hotel, check-out and as per chosen timing transfer to the port for departure on highspeed (summer season) or standard (winter season) ferry to Athens. Flights are also available on request. Arrival to Athens and transfer to hotel with evening at leisure. Overnight in Athens

DAY 09 : Explore Athens
Breakfast at hotel then join on one of the following regular group excursions (your choice):
a) 5hr Coach tour: visit Acropolis, New Acropolis Museum & panoramic drive through city center
b) 3hr Walking tour: visit Acropolis & stroll through the city centre
c) 5hr Walking tour: visit Acropolis, New Acropolis Museum & stroll through city centre
d) 3hr Athens Food walking tour: visiting specialty food shops with tastings & Varvakeios market
*Other alternatives available, like wine tasting etc, advise your preference in the enquiry form
Afternoon and evening free at leisure for you to further explore on your own. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 10 – Departure:
Breakfast, check-out and per your international flight departure time transfer to Athens Airport.
